Stephanie Sherman is a personal injury and products liability attorney who has spent twenty years helping victims and their families get compensation for their injuries. She has tried personal injury cases in federal and state courts and has successfully resolved high profile complex cases through settlement and mediation.
With twenty years of experience, Stephanie has represented her clients against some of the largest corporations and pharmaceutical giants in the world. She was part of an elite legal team that spent ten years creating a path for cancer victims to get justice from planet wide contamination of food and water supply sources resulting from a company’s careless handling of indestructible carcinogens. Aside from her work on environmental, pharmaceutical, and products cases, Stephanie has taken a special interest in helping our most vulnerable and stigmatized populations in cases involving the treatment and care of mentally ill and patients afflicted with HIV. Through effective legal counsel, perseverance and penalties, Stephanie has made corporate facilities and products safer by demanding significant changes the way corporations do business. For her accomplishments, Stephanie was named a Texas top 100 civil trial attorney.
Stephanie graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1998. In 1994 she graduated magna cum laude from Texas Christian University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and was a member of the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
In 1998 Stephanie began her practice by representing victims of serious accidents. She later expanded her practice to include exposure to toxic chemicals, dangerous pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices. Today she represents victims and their families in all types of serious injury and wrongful death cases and serves as a voice for those who have been harmed as a result of the conduct of others. When not at work, Stephanie is an animal rights advocate, nature conservationist and an accomplished equestrian.
