Bailey Grey is an experienced attorney with a comprehensive working knowledge of the laws, statutes, and rules affecting Texas civil litigation. With over 5 years of practice in both plaintiff and defense litigation, Bailey uses her knowledge, skills, and experience in legal research and writing to assist the other litigators at Martin Baughman with their cases. Bailey specializes in answering tricky legal questions, formulating litigation strategies, and drafting complicated discovery and dispositive motions. Bailey is always available for quick consultations on specific legal issues that may arise throughout the litigation process. She takes great pride in being a team player, working tirelessly to ensure the best possible outcomes for any and all of Martin Baughman’s clients.
Bailey earned her Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she served as an Executive Editor on the Wake Forest Law Review. When she is not at work, Bailey is with her friends and family enjoying the sights and sounds of her beloved city of Dallas, Texas.
